Terms of Sale

vinoteka.ee is an e-shop primarily selling sauces, compotes, preserves and alcoholic beverages, where the Seller is Renmarnik OÜ (registry code 16813969) (hereinafter referred to as “Renamarnik“).

The Terms and Conditions of Use are the basis for sales transactions between Renamarnik and its Customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer“ or “Customers”).

Renmarnik sells products to self-employed consumers as well as to business Customers who buy products for commercial purposes. Issues not specified in the Sales and Purchase and other written Agreements between Renmarnik and business clients shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

The Sales Agreement between Renmarnik and the Customer shall commence at the moment of the confirmation of the online order. Liability for defective deliveries, departmental or foreign trade restrictions is limited to cancellation of the order and refund.

Renamarnik sells products only to adult Customers. By making a purchase on vinoteka.ee, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old. By making a purchase, You also confirm that You own the credit cards or bank account used for payment in the vinoteka.ee e-shop.

The age of the Purchaser shall be verified at the time of delivery of the goods. Renmarnik may refuse to deliver the goods if You cannot prove Your age upon receipt. In this case, the purchase price and postage will not be refunded.

Upon receipt of the goods from the parcel terminal, You must confirm Your identity using Your ID card.

Renamarnik reserves the right to restrict the sale of products when unusually large consignments are ordered.

If the ordered product is custom-made, ordered, or processed specifically based on the Purchaser’s request, any additional costs resulting from cancellation shall be fully borne by the Purchaser.

Renmarnik reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The Terms apply in the version valid at the time of placing the order. Subsequent orders are subject to the Terms valid at the time of each order.

Unless otherwise provided by law, amendments to legislation shall enter into force immediately.

These Terms and Conditions apply insofar as they do not limit consumer rights arising from applicable consumer protection laws.


Order Process

To proceed with an order, please choose the goods and read the product description.

  1. Add the goods to the shopping cart from the product page using the button “Add to cart”.

  2. A pop-up window will appear, allowing You to proceed to the cart or continue shopping.

  3. To make a payment, press the “Check out” button.

  4. A “My order” window will appear, where You can review Your order and adjust quantities. You can increase or decrease quantities using the ^ / v arrows. To remove an item, press X.

  5. Choose the delivery method and parcel terminal:

    • SmartPost parcel terminal fee: 3.92 EUR (including VAT);

    • Self-pickup is free of charge. Pickup times:

      • Tue–Thu: 12:00–21:00

      • Fri–Sat: 12:00–22:00

      • Sun: 12:00–20:00

  6. Confirm that You have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the checkbox, then proceed to checkout.

  7. Enter Your contact information (email, name, address). Add comments if necessary.

  8. By pressing “Order Overview”, You can review Your order. Enter and apply a discount code if applicable.

  9. Choose a payment method. You will be redirected to the selected bank to complete the payment.

  10. After completing the payment, press “Return to the seller”.

  11. You will be redirected back to the e-shop.

  12. If the payment is successful, You will receive a confirmation message and email. If unsuccessful, an error message will be displayed.

  13. Your order will then be processed for shipment.


Payment Methods

Payment links are provided by AS LHV Paytech (https://www.lhv.ee/en/lhv-bank-link): Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Artea bankas, Revolut.

Payments are accepted in EUR.

Renmarnik is the data controller and forwards necessary personal data to the authorized processor AS LHV Paytech for payment processing.


Delivery of Goods

Renmarnik delivers goods within Estonia only.

Ordered goods are delivered via SmartPOST within 2–6 working days after payment is received.

If You choose a SmartPOST parcel terminal, the goods will be delivered to the selected terminal. You will receive an SMS with a pickup code.

If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, the Customer bears all related costs (return or extended storage).

NB! In addition to the code, You must use Your ID card at the SmartPOST terminal.

Parcels can be collected between 10:00 and 22:00.

The Customer is responsible for providing correct personal data. Renmarnik and the courier are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

If the shipment is damaged, this must be documented with the courier representative.

Renmarnik and the courier ensure that goods arrive intact and match the description. Defective goods will be replaced or refunded.

If packaging is damaged or wet, do not accept the parcel. Inform the courier and contact us at:

Return of Goods

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

This right does not apply to alcoholic beverages.

If goods are defective or incorrect, Renmarnik must be notified immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

Renmarnik covers the costs of returning defective or incorrect goods.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Renmarnik may refuse returns if packaging is damaged, goods are dirty, or show signs of use.

Refunds (including delivery costs) are issued within 14 days.

Renmarnik may withhold refunds until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

If the Customer chooses a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, the additional cost is not refunded.


Claims

The Customer must notify Renmarnik of non-conforming goods as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt.

Claims must be submitted via email to vinotekastore@gmail.com, including:

  • order confirmation or invoice

  • customer contact details

  • description of the defect

Renmarnik is not liable for damages caused by improper use or storage by the Customer.

Renmarnik responds to claims within 15 days.

Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, the Customer may contact:

  • Consumer Protection Board (Tarbijakaitse)

  • Consumer Complaints Commission

  • Harju County Court

Customers may also contact the EU Consumer Advice Centre for cross-border disputes.


Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled by contacting:

Cancellation is only possible before the goods are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
