Description
A fresh and easy-drinking wine with a piquant taste featuring intertwined grapefruit and tangerine notes. Ideal as an aperitif and pairs excellently with fish dishes. Made using the classic Pas Dosé technique. Fermentation lasts approximately 5 years in a protected atmosphere, where the grapes are cooled with dry ice.
